Hayah Siddiqui

Research Assistant

Hayah is a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto Scarborough, specializing in Mental Health Studies.  With a strong passion for clinical psychology, she is dedicated to understanding and improving mental health through innovative approaches. Her involvement in research focuses on producing meaningful outcomes that can positively impact individuals and communities.

As part of the  VR-SIM Carers initiative, she leverages her expertise to assess the usability of VR headsets. Hayah actively engages with participants during roadshows, offering hands-on assistance and gathering invaluable insights into user experiences. Through these dynamic interactions, she collects crucial feedback that drives the project's evolution, enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of virtual reality solutions in mental health care. She also supports scenario development, and assists with knowledge mobilization events.
