VR Technology Developer for VR-SIM Carers
Andrei received his bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC), Brazil. He is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Ontario Tech University, Canada, developing research on no-code serious games authoring and a gamified learning management system. His research interests include virtual simulation, serious games, experiential learning, learning management systems, and virtual reality.
Andrei's activities in the VR-SIM Carers project currently involve:
- Development of 3D characters and animations.
- Supporting the development of the VR scenarios in Unreal Engine.
- Exploring technologies to enhance the development flow, deployment and user experience.
